Bring me one hard decision
A small experiment with readers of Operating in HealthTech.
I’m opening an initial 20 one-hour sessions for people building and operating healthcare and healthtech companies.
Bring one consequential decision.
It might be:
which customer or market to pursue
whether a pilot, product direction, or partnership is worth continuing
how to choose an AI use case, move it beyond pilot, or address an adoption problem
Before the call, I’ll ask you to send a short description of the decision and any context I should know. During the session, we’ll work through the assumptions, tradeoffs, risks, and available paths.
You’ll leave with:
a clearer framing of the decision
the assumptions and tradeoffs that matter most
a specific next step
brief written notes after the call
The price is $100.
That is deliberately far below my normal advisory rate. I want to spend time directly with Operating in HealthTechreaders and better understand the decisions healthcare founders and operators are facing.
This is not general career coaching or an open-ended mentoring conversation. Bring a real decision for which you are responsible.
It is also not a paid discovery call.
I will not pitch you on another service during the session, and you will not be added to a sales sequence afterward. If you ask about continuing to work together, I’ll answer honestly, but there is no expected next step.
I’m opening the first 20 sessions now. If they fill and the experiment proves useful, I may release another group later.
Email me at Arvita (at) vahanalabs.ai with the subject line “Hard decision” and a few sentences about what you would bring. I’ll confirm that I’m a useful fit before sending you the payment and booking link.
